Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns or replacements may be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit
  • The wrong item was received
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
